Protected First-Submission Rights

Whoever first registers a source or buyer on the platform holds protected commission rights on that deal — valid within the scope of the partnership agreement, as long as the deal closes through Guilin.

Role = Revenue

Source provider, verifier, buyer referrer, deal coordinator — every role has a commission range, confirmed and recorded by the platform in the project ledger.

Ledger-Based Settlement

Post-deal commission follows the project ledger — no oral promises. The Guilin team coordinates key deal steps to ensure each partner's contribution is fairly recognized.

Overseas Supply Partner

Suitable for: Mine owners, scrap yards, traders, port agents, local Chinese community

Provide verified sources (product/volume/origin/contact/photos). Guilin handles Chinese buyer matching, translation, and deal follow-through. First to register the source earns protected commission rights on deals closed through the platform, within the term of the partnership agreement.

Buyer referral 10–20% / Deal closing 15–30%

China Buyer Partner

Suitable for: Smelter procurement teams, recycling companies, SOE/listed company purchasing channels

Provide verified purchase requirements (company/category/contact/decision chain). Guilin matches international supply and handles English communication. First to register a buyer earns protected commission rights on related deals closed through the platform, within the term of the partnership agreement.

Due diligence 5–15% / Negotiation 15–30%

Category Expert Partner

Suitable for: Industry veterans in copper scrap, aluminum, copper concentrate, rare earth, battery black mass

Participate in professional due diligence, price assessment, and quality inspection. Help build category-specific expertise.

Local verification 5–15% / Resource development 10–20%

Regional Partner

Suitable for: Africa, Turkey, Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, China regional contacts

Develop local resources and conduct initial verification. Provide on-site photos, videos, local contacts, and export document assistance.

Collaboration Partner

Suitable for: Deal trackers, on-site inspectors, translators, project coordinators, negotiators, relationship connectors

Every partner starts at L1 and advances on contribution points — every point traces to a verifiable on-platform record, not seniority or connections. The top L3 tier comes in two forms: Core Partner (earned) and Exclusive Partner (paid seat).

  • ✓Exclusive seat adds: priority leads, higher commission tier, co-branding

Two routes to the top: earn Core Partner free (600+ points, hands-on deal, founder interview) — or reserve a paid Exclusive Partner seat (¥3,688/yr + refundable deposit, 1 per region)

Points are calculated automatically from on-platform records (lead reviews, project follow-ups, deal settlements, referral ties) and shown live in your member partner panel. Levels may be reclaimed after 6 months of zero contribution.

Becoming a partner is completely free

We share revenue with contributors — we don't charge them. L3 Core Partner is earned free on contribution. To lock a city / category directly, limited paid Exclusive Partner seats (same L3 access, plus priority leads and a higher commission tier) are available — note your interest in the application form and we'll discuss.
